Anchor Hocking Royal Ruby Red Flat Water Glass Tumbler. This style was produced by the Anchor Hocking Glass Company from 1938 to the 1960's.

Holds 2 1/2 ounces, is 3 1/2 inches tall by 2 1/4 inches across the mouth and is in excellent condition, no chips and no water lines.
